No! At Gliss, we believe in flexible, transparent care. You choose a care package tailored to your needs — no ongoing monthly charges, no surprises.
There’s a lot out there to explore, but here is how Gliss is different:
- The Gliss medical team are all board-certified OB/GYNs. We aren’t life coaches or menopause coaches — we are physicians with expertise and passion for supporting women through perimenopause and menopause.
- We can prescribe medications such as hormones which you can get at your preferred pharmacy. We can also ship some medications to you in the mail. We can't do physical tests, but we can order labs and any other tests you may need.
- We offer more one-on-one time to listen to all your concerns and review your health history, current medications, and previous tests. A standard Gliss virtual consultation can last up to 30 minutes.
- There is no general membership at Gliss. We offer service packages based on your unique needs, so you only pay for what you need. Our prices don’t include medication, since you’ll be filling your scripts at your local pharmacy.
- You don't need insurance for Gliss consultations. However, you can use your health insurance plan to cover your prescriptions at your local pharmacy.
No, but as a Gliss Woman, you’ll get an invitation to download the Healthie app. Healthie is a HIPAA-compliant medical record that connects clients and providers for on-the-go care. This is your private patient portal, where you can schedule your appointment, video-call and message with your doctor, share your health records including history, lab work and scans, and more.
As board-certified OB/GYNs, we help women of all ages from adolescence to post-menopause. We can provide STD treatments, birth control, safe sex counseling and prescriptions based on each woman’s needs.
Since we are exclusively virtual, we don’t provide care during pregnancy.
What can we talk about in 15 minutes? A lot! This short session is our opportunity to meet each other and figure out if this patient-doctor relationship feels like a good fit.

This initial consultation is private and secure, and it’s totally up to you how much you share with us on this call. We won’t diagnose or prescribe any treatment plans or medications.
